Al, you are a funny guy. I love your enthusiasm.
You said a couple of really important things here. The fact that your productivity and the culture of a firm we evolve if the employees feel like they have a voice and that their employer cares about their growth is a solid method to lead to profitability. I love that and I don’t hear it enough.
Well it works.
If you want a case study I have one for you. Our firm is structured in this manner and I manage my team with the same intensity. My site is built on a similar premise although it expresses my views and not those of the firm where I work. If you are interested we can chat about the methodology of learning and building on skills of your teams. It’s my passion and I try to bring that to everything I do. I am open to learning much more from different perspectives.

I believe you on that. Caring is not only showing some concern but its also one way that can trigger other people from showing love, care and trust to you. Maybe that’s why everything will fall into places once you start caring for others.
